SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery Coverage and Processing

Delivery Coverage: My Care Plus delivers products to over 20,000 unique Pin Codes across India.

Shipping Timeframe: Orders are typically shipped within 48 working hours after receipt. Delivery by our logistics partner usually takes 2 to 10 days. Customers in major cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, and Bangalore can expect delivery within 3 days. Delivery times may vary based on location, accessibility, or unforeseen circumstances like natural calamities.

Delivery Issues: If you haven't received your order within 10 days, contact us at customer.care@saffronhhpl.com or +91 8655757557.

Undeliverable Pin Codes: We check deliverability to your location based on the Pin Code at the time of order placement and also subsequently. In case you are able to place your order and subsequently the Pin Code becomes unserviceable, we will cancel your order and refund your money (in case of pre-paid orders) within 48 hours.
Shipping Fees and Special Cases

Cash on Delivery Fee: An additional ₹70 shipping fee applies for Cash on Delivery orders.

Damaged/Different Products: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us at customer.care@saffronhhpl.com or +91 8655757557; refer to our Return & Refund Policy. Delivery partners will not be able assist in such cases.
Order and Address Handling

Address Accuracy: Ensure full and correct addresses including Pin Code are provided. Orders and addresses cannot be changed post-placement of order. Each order ships to a single specified address.

Order Cancellation: In exceptional cases, orders may be cancelled due to unserviceability, and refunds for prepaid orders will be credited within 48 hours of cancellation.
Delivery Attempts and Multiple Products

Delivery Attempts: Courier partners make three delivery attempts. On failure, we'll contact you to arrange delivery.

Multiple Products: Orders with multiple products may ship in separate packages with individual tracking numbers, potentially extending delivery time.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
• We at My Care Plus have formulated each product to deliver best possible results,
transparently. We hope you will love our products as much as we do. But in case you
wish to return the product, please reach out to us and we will take care of everything
for you.
• We offer refunds or replacements in the following cases ONLY:

You received the wrong product, and,

You received a damaged product, and,

You received an expired product, and,

You have received an empty package.
• In case you have received a wrong, damaged or expired product, please send us an
email at customer.care@saffronhhpl.com requesting return/replacement, along with
relevant documentary proof such as pictures and relevant emails, within 7 (seven)
days from the date of delivery. No return or replacement will be entertained by us after
the expiration of 7 days from the delivery of the product.
• In cases where you have received a package which seems without weight in the first
instance, please record a video of unboxing of the package by you.
• Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled. However, orders which have not been
shipped can be cancelled.
• Please allow us 48 hours to review your request. Once the request is approved, we will initiate a reverse pickup. Our courier partner will pick the order from your doorsteps.
• Upon receiving the returned order, our service team will review the same. If the issues
described by you are verified, our team will initiate a refund within 24 hours.
